Discovery :
There is a 1, 10, 100 rule to software development. The most cost efective way to fix problems is on paper, not rewriting code. We will build your site on paper first, every page will document the use cases and your front end will have storyboards created first. Then, development will begin.
Engagement :
Leveraging our partnership with 3steps4ward your marketing team will work hand in hand with US based project managers to ensure your expectations are managed and your Go To Market strategy is implemented correctly. One Team all on the same collaboration tools so your project is built correctly the first time according to your expectations.
Delivery :
We will work to transition to your team with a fully documented delivery. Many of our clients chose to outsource their entire Dev team to Kaiasoft and let us manage your future roadmap.
Our Process
1. Discovery
The first phase, we learn your business objectives, vision and gather requirements. We will build your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) at a discounted rate so you can quickly get to market. Your software design specification will document all use cases and wireframes will be created for all User Interface so there are no surprises.
2. Design
The work begins. We will present you with two different design concepts from two different teams who do not know each other. Competition breeds the best out of everyone. UI-UX work will begin so the wireframes of your vision becomes a reality.
3. Sprint
We will get you up on a publicly available site up quickly, so SEO work can begin. We will set you up with a free account of www.emailsandsurveys.com so leads can be generated and you can start to market your business. The development of your project will be broken up into logical phases for a manageable delivery.
4. Development
Work on your Use Cases begin. We will select an approach of either Agile or Waterfall development methodology and being to knock down your use cases.
5. Release
There will be 3 cycles of QA. The first one will be done by Kaiasoft. A second one will be done by your team and then a 3rd together. You will be given JIRA access and can log issues straight into our Dev Ops operation. Upon user acceptance, your project will go live and a support model will begin the next phase.
6. Support
You will have the option to take over the support of your solution or have Kaiasoft maintain it 100%. Typically, when the work on a site is finished, there will be enhancement requests and new product development. You will have the confidence that your implementation is 100% documented for whomever will support your project.
